Parcel locker and pickup point delivery – how to place an order

Our online store offers delivery to parcel lockers and pickup points.

If this option is available for your country, it will appear during checkout.

1. Placing an order

Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Enter your full name, email address, and phone number.

2. Choosing the delivery method

Select parcel locker delivery or pickup point delivery, if available.

At this step, no specific location is selected yet.

3. Payment

Complete the payment for your order.

4. Selecting a location on the map

After payment, a map opens automatically.

Choose a parcel locker or pickup point manually on the map.

The system does not select a location automatically.

5. If the map does not appear

Your order is not canceled.

Please contact store support, and the location will be added manually.

6. Shipment

Once the location is confirmed, the order is prepared for shipment.
